Mission
Our mission addresses facilitating the professional development of nursing leaders. This is achieved through district and statewide meetings and conferences. MOLN also works collaboratively with other nursing organizations to achieve its mission.
Vision
Our vision is to be the primary organization for professional nurse leaders in Minnesota.
