Last week, members of the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN) attended the annual conference hosted by the American Organization for Nursing Leadership—a national gathering of nurse leaders focused on advancing leadership, innovation, and excellence in healthcare.
During the conference, MOLN representatives connected with peers from across the country, explored emerging trends in nursing leadership, and engaged in discussions around workforce challenges, care delivery, and leadership development.
